Twice now, Zion National Park has stolen my heart. I often get asked to tell of the natural beauty of my home, as if pristine landscapes are exclusive to New Zealand. And New Zealand IS beautiful, one of the most beautiful countries I've visited to be sure, but there is so much beauty to be seen in the States that I am always surprised to hear that people think they'll only find such things abroad. Zion is one of those places that takes your breath away, and it's accessible to anyone.
A great photographer and an even better friend. It's not every day you get to make a new best friend, especially once you've left behind University and regular 9-5 office jobs, which is why I'll forever be grateful that my path crossed with Casey Fyfe's.
Not many people are fortunate enough to marry the love of their life once, let alone twice in one year. And if not for the help of so many wonderful people in our live's, it wouldn't have been possible for us either. But we did it.
Georgina (or Geo as I've always called her) has been a good friend and complete inspiration to me for some years now. We grew up together in New Zealand but our friendship took some time to blossom due to the fact that we were one year apart in school which, as you'll probably relate, feels like a lifetime when you're a kid.
The day that I got to marry Dillon Perillo was one of the best days of my life. We'd rushed into the planning of the wedding and gave ourselves three weeks to pull it together, so when I reached out to my friends across the globe to see if they could come, I didn't expect to be greeted with much enthusiasm. How wrong was I.
